Cancellation Policy
Congusto Lab's cooking courses and experiences are organized by Gourmet Institute S.r.l. and must be paid in advance. The reservation is confirmed only after payment and the relevant order confirmation.
In case of non-participation, even partial, there is no recovery of the lesson nor the reimbursement of the amount paid. Once the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal has elapsed, participation may be transferred to another person upon written notice within 48 hours from the start of the course.
Congusto reserves the right to change dates, times, programs, menus, teachers and location of activities and to postpone or cancel a course for organizational reasons, including failure to reach the minimum number of participants, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.
Gift Card are valid for6 months from the date of purchase, are not convertible into cash or refundable and can be used according to the conditions indicated in the Regulations.
Participation in the activities involves the use of kitchen equipment and utensils. The participant is required to comply with staff instructions and to check beforehand for any allergies or intolerances with respect to the ingredients used.
By making the purchase, the user declares to have read and fully accept the Congusto Lab Rules for amateur courses.
