Dinner for two is an experience designed to be enjoyed with your partner or a friend and requires the booking of 2 participants.

Program

  1. Risotto

    Pumpkin risotto with mascarpone, raw ham and balsamic vinegar.

  2. Poached eggs

    On velvety purple, crumble and crispy bacon.

  3. Pork with green pepper

    Pork fillet with buttered spinach, pine nuts and raisins.

  4. Chocolate dessert

    Burnt chocolate cream and orange scent.

    The recipes may vary depending on the season and the availability of the ingredients.

Practical information

A station for two and a menu to prepare together. Cooking for two is a cooking experience designed for partners or friends who want to share their passion for cooking.

During the lesson you will work as a couple and together with the other participants, guided by the chef in creating a complete menu. There are no individual stations: we cook as a team, alternating technical explanations, preparation and final tasting
